"Dig Deeper" will familiarize you with the “digging technique” in Theta Healing®, so that you begin embodying full confidence in working with yourself, your friends, acquaintances, your family and your clients.

​It teaches you how to navigate through the different layers of your being, leading to full awareness of unconscious patterns. You will be practicing the method through many exercises for yourself and in partner-sessions.
